Whew! To say the last week has been crazy would be an understatement. I’ve been busy purchasing items, setting up everything in KDP and IngramSpark, and getting people jazzed about reading ARCs.
The entire process of uploading my cover was a nightmare that my amazing sister was able to step in and make a dream. Her skills with resizing digital art and her incredible patience with me saved my sanity!
Today was a really big day in my life. It is my two year sobriety anniversary and I received my author proof copies from KDP. Elated isn’t a strong enough word! Look it this beauty!
Things are falling into place and I’m forever grateful to those who have helped me along the way and the great big God I serve for giving me this dream and making it a reality!
Being a self-published author is a journey. One that takes a village. I’m so glad I found my tribe and I can’t wait to find my audience! As one of my besties on TikTok says, “Enjoy the adventure beyond the pages.” I’m enjoying this adventure and I am grateful you’re along for the ride!
